After years of struggling with chronic back pain and mobility limitations, Imelda discovered natural movement as a path to recovery. What began as rehabilitation soon became a profound reconnection with her body, inspiring her mission to help others reclaim their strength, confidence, and physical autonomy.

As Marketing Director and MovNat® Level 3 Certified Trainer, Imelda leads Breakfree®’s strategic communications and partnerships, ensuring that its philosophy of embodied movement and holistic wellbeing reaches those seeking a healthier, more resilient way of living.
